Melting Disclaimer


🌿 A Note About Our Body Butters

Our body butters are lovingly made without water, which makes them rich, pure, and oh-so nourishing. Because they’re all-natural, they can sometimes soften or melt in warmer weather while on their way to you.

  • Melting in Transit: If your butter arrives softened or melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to re-solidify. This will not affect the quality or benefits of the product.

  • Storage: After re-solidifying, store your butter at room temperature in a cool, dry place to maintain its integrity.

  • Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered in extenuating circumstances, such as damage or error on our part.

Shipping 

Products are generally shipped within 5-7 business days (if not sooner) of the date that the orders are received. 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within certain local areas for a fee and with delivery areas and fees being subject to change.  

Resale and Wholesale

Wholesale products are not being offered at this time.  If wholesale becomes available, the details will be made available on our website.  Please do not resale our products as your own.
